Winter Snow Report

WINTER SNOW REPORT

Greeting from Summit!

Today we did our annual Snow Survey on your behalf to check the Snow Pack in the Sierra Nevada Mountains!

We traveled countless miles to the mountains to inspect the snow conditions for you! It is a tough job, but we felt compelled, energetic, and ready for the challenge that lay ahead of us, all for you! We trekked the daunting journey to the top of the mountain to evaluate the snow at the top of the peak and were welcomed by the distance vista of Lake Tahoe, the stunning mountain lake sitting at almost 6,000 feet above sea level.

We surmised the snow depth Is better for this time of the year than for the previous recent few years! Snow depths were 3-7 feet deep in the mountains for December 20, 2019! Outstanding levels and we are expecting another snow storm on Sunday.

Matt Roy, Alex Lindsey, Dale Darling, and Landon Darling (12 year old- Dale’s Son).

This year we had the pleasant surprise to have the team from Monte Vista – Jonathan Hoff and Ian Darling, join us as well.

We wish all of our partners a wonderful holiday season this year!
We appreciate the partnership we have with you and look forward to continuing for many more years!
